At Brilliance Laundry, every formula is crafted with intention. We stand behind the integrity of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

30-Day Returns

We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our detergents are consumable household care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully prepare every shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may promptly resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom bundles

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
