Shipping
Refill pouches always ship free.
All other orders ship for a flat $5 via Economy Shipping.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before your order is completed.
30-Day Returns
We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Because our detergents are consumable household care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
