Our wool is sourced exclusively from small heritage flocks across Europe, the UK, Uruguay, Canada, and the United States. Each farm mills its wool locally to minimize our carbon “hoofprint” and support regional craftsmanship.
We partner only with farms that uphold the highest standards of animal welfare:
- Cruelty-Free – Mulesing is strictly prohibited.
- Free-Range Flocks – Sheep have generous outdoor access, supporting their well-being and producing stronger, higher-quality wool.
- Chemical & Toxin-Free Processing – Fleece is handled without harmful dips or harsh chemicals.
- Raised for Wool, Not Meat – Our heritage flocks are carefully raised for their wool, honoring the integrity of the fiber.
Our earth-friendly felting process uses a pH-balanced, unscented wash to gently remove residual lanolin, creating softer, denser dryer balls that are safe for your fabrics — and your family.
